The selection process

We carry out an accurate selection of the curricula that we receive. Our CV analysis has the aim of checking those basic prerequisites that we believe are important for NuvÒ"s development (e.g. graduation grades & length of study, work experience, work experience abroad, languages spoken). We ensure that our feedback is sent to all those who submit them within the space of 3-4 weeks.

Interviews are normally conducted in two phases:

  • interview lasting 1 hour with two of our managers. Within a few days the candidate is contacted by phone with our feedback and, where the interview is successful, the recruiting process continues.
  • further interview with the managers at NuvÒ or with the Managing Director.

Where a candidate successfully completes the selection process, an official offer is made by the company. The interviews are focused on further analysis of the curriculum presented and to understand better the candidate's ability to tackle a"typical"project. This is conducted by subjecting the candidate to the analysis and solution of "business case".
